1. About these terms
These Booking Terms & Conditions apply when you reserve a table at Don Padrino, operated by E33 Restaurants LTD. By confirming a reservation through our booking system, you agree to these terms.
2. When your booking is confirmed
A reservation is confirmed when our booking system displays a confirmation and issues a booking reference. Availability shown before confirmation may change while other guests are booking.
3. Your table time
Each reservation has an allocated sitting length based on the party size and service period. Your confirmation email shows your booking time and the time your table is reserved until.
If you arrive late, the end time may remain unchanged because another guest may have the table afterwards.
4. Late arrivals
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late. A late arrival may reduce the time remaining at the table. If we cannot reasonably continue to hold the table, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
5. Changes and cancellations
You can use the Manage Booking link supplied with your reservation, or contact us directly, to request a change or cancellation. Please give as much notice as possible. Changes remain subject to live availability.
6. Table allocation
Specific table requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed. We may move a reservation to another suitable table or valid table combination where required to operate the service safely and efficiently.
7. Party size
Please book for the correct number of guests. Increasing the party size later may not be possible if no suitable table is available. If fewer guests attend, we may adjust the table allocation.
8. Large parties, events and deposits
Deposits may be required for large-party, special-menu or other reservations. Standard deposits are normally £5 per person. Christmas Day deposits are £10 per person and are required for every Christmas Day reservation.
Deposit refunds are governed by our Deposit & Cancellation Policy. Standard reservation deposits are normally refundable when cancelled at least 24 hours before the reservation. Christmas Day deposits are normally refundable when cancelled at least 7 days before Christmas Day. Cancellations inside those periods are subject to management discretion.
9. Allergies, dietary requirements and accessibility
Please tell us about allergies, dietary requirements and accessibility needs when booking and confirm them with a member of staff on arrival. We take reasonable care, but our kitchen handles multiple allergens and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
10. Behaviour and service
We may refuse or discontinue service where reasonably necessary for the safety and wellbeing of guests or staff, including abusive, threatening or seriously disruptive behaviour.
11. Circumstances outside our control
We may occasionally need to change or cancel a reservation because of circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will try to contact affected guests as soon as reasonably possible.
12. Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
